Pay Rent

Barony doesn't currently offer online payment - but this is coming soon. 

Bank giro credit slip

If you choose to pay your rent by this method we will supply you with a bank giro credit book containing these slips. Using these you can pay your rent at any branch of the Royal Bank of Scotland near you. Please make sure that you fill in the details on the stub; then the bank stamps the stub and you keep it as proof of payment. 

Standing order

If you choose this method, you will need to request a form from us. Please complete this with your bank details, sign and return the form to us. We will forward it to the bank for processing. It can take about 4 weeks to set up a standing order so please ensure that if you are due to pay rent before your standing order commences that you agree alternative arrangements with your Tenancy Services Officer. Standing order payments can be weekly, 4 weekly or monthly (not fortnightly). 

By post

You can pay by post by sending a cheque or postal order to the address below. Your cheque should be made out to "Barony Housing Association Ltd". Never send cash through the post.
