Barony recently consulted all tenants, service users and staff on the revised statements of Vision, Purpose and Values.  Thank you to everyone who took part.  Here are some of the comments we received:-

My support worker is a wonderful person and is a shaft of light when he sees me on a downer – can’t be easy coping with someone with mental health issues.

I think that Barony is a very helpful organisation.  They have been brilliant with me so far and I’m very happy to be a tenant, and hope we have a great relationship throughout the rest of the tenancy.

I enjoy an excellent service from Barony and have no complaints whatsoever.

Barony is an excellent organisation to work for.  The sense of fairness is truly reflected in the way an individual is approached or dealt with.  The fact that they are able to retain their workforce is a credit to the organisation.
