Barony values all feedback and is committed to using this to continually improve services. If you are not happy with any service you receive from Barony, it might be best to discuss this at the time with staff concerned. Sometimes this is the quickest way to get things sorted out.
If not, you can use our formal complaints process. All formal complaints are recorded, investigated and reported to our Board of Management. We have target timescales for responding to complaints and if you are still not satisfied there is an appeals process.
To register a complaint, you can write to us by post or use the form below.
You will then receive an acknowledgement and more detailed information on how we will deal with your complaint within 3 working days.
Barony is regulated by the Care Commission with regard to care services and the Scottish Housing Regulator with regard to housing services and although they may expect you to use Barony’s own complaints process first to try to resolve the matter, you can also contact these bodies about any dissatisfaction.
