Reporting an Emergency Repair

Please do not use our on-line reporting system to tell us about emergencies.
Call us immediately on 0845 140 7777
(if our office is closed you will be redirected to our out of hours emergency service)

Any of the following will be regarded as emergencies –

• No heating
• No water
• Serious leak or flooding
• No electricity
• Unsafe electric wiring or socket
• Blocked drains, WC or sink
• WC not flushing – no other available
• Unable to secure door or window

Please note that Barony will not replace lost keys or arrange access if you are locked out of your home.

If contractors are called out for non-emergency repairs tenants will be recharged full costs plus an administration charge.
