Barony received notification today that it had successfully received the Silver Award from Investors in People. 

Barony first achieved Investor in People accreditation in 1997. Since then we successfully retained the award in 2001, 2004 and 2007.  When our 2010 re-assessment was due Barony decided to adopt the new enhanced level of accreditation available with Investors in People. This now offers organisations the opportunity to go for further awards graded as Bronze, Silver or Gold. 

Barony is absolutely delighted to have achieved Silver Award at the first attempt.
