Where we grant permission to link to the Barony home page, you must do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. Barony reserves the right to update or modify these Terms in which case any such changes will be effective from the date of posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of any changes which we may make to the Terms.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
The Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising from, or related to, the use of the Site, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, you agree that reasonable endeavours shall be made to give effect to the intentions reflected in the provision, and that the other provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. In the event that we fail to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time this shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
